Alchemy Terms and Conditions:

In the event that your regular stylist is not available, Alchemy will make all accommodations for your appointment to be moved to ensure that all your service needs are met.

To guarantee availability for your next appointment, we recommend that you book your next appointment before you leave.

Alchemy is not responsible for any miscommunication or misrepresentation on the part of any client that books an appointment online or by phone or for any photos sent through email for consultation purposes.

Alchemy has the right to refuse or reschedule any client services due to any client miscommunication or representation.

Alchemy expects all of our clients to conduct themselves with respectfulness towards all of our staff and fellow clients. This includes all personal space, commentary and physical contact. Alchemy reserves the right to refuse all future services to said client.

Alchemy absolutely welcomes well behaved and supervised children. Alchemy will not be held responsible for your child’s safety. Any damage to our salon or salon equipment as a result of a child’s behavior with be the sole responsibility of the parent/parents.

Full refund on all unopened and unused products. Equal exchanges on all products that have been sampled and are not satisfactory and all damaged or malfunctioning containers.

No refunds are available on gift certificates.

Alchemy does not take checks.

All personal information entered for online booking is private and protected.

Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however we will happily make adjustments to the original service.

Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.

A credit card number is required to secure any appointment.  This card will be used only for the purpose of a cancellation fee or when specifically requested for payment by the client.  Please see below for further cancellation policy details.

Alchemy Cancellation Policy:

Out of respect for our stylists’ time, fees will be charged for any appointments cancelled within less than a 24-hour notice. The fee must be paid before booking another appointment.

Alchemy can be contacted via phone call, text, or email to change or cancel an appointment.

The fees are as follows:

  • Cancellations over 24 hours of appointment time: no fee
  • Cancellations under 24 hours of appointment time: 50% of scheduled service
  • No Show/No Call for appointment: 100% of scheduled service
  • Over 5 minutes late for bang trim appointment: $25 fee and canceled appointment

Confirmation emails and/or texts are a courtesy. The cancellation fee is not waived if for some reason you had not received the appointment confirmation notification. Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. We hope you understand the need for this policy. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be subject to one or more of their services canceled or rescheduled altogether. You will also be charged our standard cancellation fees for all canceled services. Bang trim services are 15 minute appointments. If you are over 5 minutes late for your bang trim appointment, the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a $25 late fee.
